The writer/analyst/project manager will work with the program director, the executive team and the entire company to build and support programs designed to train financial advisors on key retirement planning topics and help them leverage this expertise throughout their business. This includes educating and serving clients as well leveraging this expertise in marketing and business development. Key areas include Social Security, Healthcare and IRA planning.

Editorial
- Newsletter: participate in the writing and editing of the twice-monthly e-newsletters.
- Answer questions (client scenarios): assist director in answering queries from advisors about client cases.
- Answer questions (business development): answer questions about how to use the programs per hosting workshops, developing business, etc.
- Monthly webinar: learn to run monthly orientation webinar that introduces subscribers to the program online, the calculators, and the biz development aspects of the program.
- Learning modules: assist in the development of various online learning modules (organizing content, collaborating with development team, etc.).
- Biz development discussion board: run discussion board on how to use the programs to build business, including organizing, promoting, hosting and follow-ups for workshops/seminars and other non-client meeting activities.
Analyst
- Oversee subscriber research efforts: creation, execution and data analysis.
- Participate in design and testing all new online tools and calculator releases.
- Competitive analysis: monitor marketplace, competitors and share information internally; follow the products, track in press, Google alerts, social media, etc.
- Develop expertise over time to be able to field technical and business development questions from advisors.
- Manage knowledge base of questions/answers (update, tag, edit).
Project Management/Product Management
- Migrating programs online: coordinate with editorial, tech, member support and marketing.
- Oversee annual and intermittent program updates for publication/posting: guides, calculators, presentations, marketing materials, article reprints, website, videos, and other program resources.
- Track/categorize all customer interactions and feedback for each program component and track/prioritize changes, corrections, improvements.
- Website management: manage daily, weekly website so it looks and functions perfectly; monitor traffic and SEO.
- Communicate internally with member support, marketing, sales, editorial, corporate.
- Assist with live workshops.
