Kroll Bond Rating Agency Seeks Director of Public Finance Investor Relations

Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) is seeking a Director level candidate to join its growing Investor Relations department, focusing on Public Finance. The Investor Relations team is responsible for building new and maintaining existing relationships with buy side market constituents.  The position will be based out of KBRA’s New York office. 

Key Job Requirements:

  • Develop investor target list including active buyers across public finance markets
  • Coordinate investor outreach activity including one on one meetings and conference calls
  • Continue to identify new investors to build relationships with
  • Create and maintain presentations for outreach meetings and calls
  • Develop marketing email campaigns containing research and other topical information related to investor interest
  • Attend Marketing events/industry conferences
  • Understand the KBRA difference and articulate the KBRA message to clients

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or approximately 10-15 years relevant work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel required
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to efficiently juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Be able to work independently and take initiative in role
  • Previous experience as a credit analyst at a bank, municipal bond fund, or financial guarantor would be considered a plus.
