WSJ Pro is looking for a deputy editor to lead a new team of reporters covering the rise of artificial intelligence as a force in business. WSJ Pro AI will launch in November. This team will approach AI as business journalists, crafting a premium content and newsletters for a highly demanding professional audience.
As AI becomes both cheaper and more powerful, it will be an ever-more common element of business, transforming the workplace and governance, cost structures, security, decision-making and the way companies are organized and go to market.
The deputy editor will lead coverage with an open yet skeptical mind, and a sharp eye for what’s promising and what isn’t. Corporate leaders will turn to our range of stories and analysis for insight into the ways in which their entire company must be mobilized at every level to create value amid the rise of AI.
We are looking for a deft editor and leader who can address complex subjects with clarity and precision, distilling what matters most to our professional audience. Strong organizational skills are a must, as are the ability to collaborate across the Journal.
