Virtual company that publishes e-newsletters wants a writer/editor to write, edit and help with the content management system.
We create and publish e-newsletters for professionals in a variety of fields (real estate, accounting, payroll and more) to send to their clients and prospects. We are looking for a flexible self-directed writer/editor who can:
- Write articles on a variety of business topics, aimed at consumer audience. The editor will jump from tax stories to home decorating stories to human resources stories and more on a regular basis.
- Edit articles written by others. The editor will rewrite for style, sense and grammar, making sure stories are engaging, clear and consistent.
- Work comfortably with our online system. We have a high-end content management system, and the editor will need to post articles and images and work remotely with technology staff. Some knowledge of HTML is preferred, but not essential.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years’ experience.
This is a fulltime position with benefits. However, all employees work remotely out of their home offices. There will be little or no travel.
