This position, which is a part of the core product’s research team, will involve researching M&A data, analyzing trends, writing reports, and communicating with the advisory community to uncover more data.
As a part of this role, you will:
- Learn about global M&A and IPO markets! The role entails aggregating M&A information and analyzing deals.
- Sharpen you research skills by investigating specific transactions while interpreting financial data and other financial information in relation to target companies!
- Learn about different parties involved in an M&A transaction! The role will enable you to work with the advisory community to aggregate proprietary information.
- Polish your data analysis skills by tackling a growing number of internal and external data requests, running data trends, and writing specialized trend reports with supporting visualizations.
