Dealreporter is looking to hire a full time reporter to cover M&A antitrust and policy developments in Washington DC.
The role will involve joining our team in Washington DC to report on high profile mergers and the latest regulatory developments. This will involve real time reporting from legal trials and regulatory hearings and interviewing principal actors at agencies on event side lines.
The candidate will also be keen to investigate developments behind the scenes to produce cutting edge news.
The right candidate will be a strong investigative reporter, who can grasp new concepts quickly and has an excellent eye for detail. The candidate should be a persistent reporter with a competitive attitude towards breaking news.
The role will be based in Washington DC. The right candidate should be a team player, as they will work with our global team of reporters based in offices including London, New York, Brussels, and Beijing.
Experience working in DC would be advantageous.
