Mergermarket has an immediate opening for an experienced reporter to cover energy, mining and utilities companies. This position is based in our New York Office. This position is entirely focused on off-diary/enterprise reporting and is an opportunity to move into an investigative journalism role. The successful candidate will have covered natural resources businesses and M&A for a minimum of two years as well as having good rapport with sources in the industry. Candidates with proven reporting skills without industry knowledge will also be considered.
