Reporting to the editor of InfraLatinAmerica, and in their absence the Managing Editor of InframationGroup, this is a senior reporting role within the InfraLatinAmerica editorial team.
The role is dedicated to making sure that InfraLatinAmerica is first with off diary scoops on the Latin American infrastructure sector, as well as the financing related to these deals and the activities of infrastructure funds in the market. Working with our Sao Paulo-based correspondent, this role is focused on the Spanish-speaking markets of the Latin America region and the Caribbean. Core markets of relevance include Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Peru.
The role would suit a senior Spanish-speaking reporter with one or more year’s experience reporting on the M&A and capital markets market. Knowledge of the infrastructure sector would be a plus but is not essential if you can show that you understand what a news scoop is and have a proven track record of breaking the big stories before the competition. This position would be an ideal move for an eager reporter keen to establish themselves as a leading scoopster in one of the most exciting and fast growing sectors in the financial services industry.
