Our investment company is looking for a financial writer for our website. It would consist of 5 pages: Home, About Us, Our Objective, Investment Strategy, and Our Process pages. The focus of our investment management style is on high yield, tax exempt bonds and secondly on higher than market-average dividend yielding equities.
We are not the typical financial investment company. We single-handedly acquire specific tax-exempt bonds on behalf of our clients. We act as the bondholder (lender) representative and directly negotiate the terms of the bond (loan) with the borrowers. We specialize in funding senior living facilities, logistical facilities, fixed base operations at airports, private and charter schools.
Our goal is to provide income for our clients. Our strategy is based on production of your money not on the behavior of the market place or security prices.
We need a writer who understands this sector of investing. Right now we need the website written. In the future we will also need a brochure written and other marketing material.
