Sitting at the crossroads of news, social media and our financial terminal business, the Global Markets Forum Editor plays a critical role in our news offering for Eikon subscribers. A combination of new media live-blogging and old-school interviews, the Forum is a private, editorially run chat room that hosts conversations about news, data, trading, music, food, sports and occasionally baby names with hundreds of Thomson Reuters clients.
The position will lead efforts to build social-media reporting skills and develop dynamic communications channels that complement our efforts to improve speed and cover breaking news.
